On Friday January 31, 2025, ERROL MERVIN GOODRIDGE of 28 Main Avenue Eden Lodge, St. Michael, died peacefully at age 80.
He was a retired Senior Environmental Officer. Beloved husband of the late Vernese Ometa Goodridge; Cherished father of Errol Goodridge Jr., Laura-Lynn and Dwayne Goodridge; Loving grandfather of Donavan Goodridge. Brother of the late Cameron, Dennis and Hetta Goodridge; Uncle of many; Friend of Eddie Husbands, the Layne, Lewis, Blackett, Pilgrim, Eastmond, Scantlebury and Nicholls.
The funeral of the late Errol Mervin Goodridge leaves Paramount Funeral Home, Upper Hindsbury Road, St. Michael on Saturday February 22, 2025 at 12:30 am for The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Cave Hill Main Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 pm for the service of Praise and Thanksgiving to celebrate his life. The cortege will then proceed to the Cassia Lawns of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church for the Interment. Flowers may be sent to Paramount Funeral Home no later than 12:15 pm on Saturday February 22, 2025.
The body will repose for viewing in the chapel of Paramount Funeral Home from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm on Friday February 21, 2025
