On Monday March 17, 2025, LYNDA EUDORA BRATHWAITE of Reeves Hill, St Thomas died peacefully at age 80.
She was a retired Teacher of St Thomas Primary and Sharon Primary Schools; Daughter of the late Harold and Edwardina Forde; Sister of the late Marie Taylor; Cherished wife of Hugh Brathwaite; Devoted mother of Ramona, Hulita and MasterHugh Brathwaite; Loving grandmother of Hugh and Yazaria Brathwaite & Lyanne Cumberbatch. Mother- in- law of Yaisa Brathwaite; Special mother of Algernon Cumberbatch; Relative of the Downes, Taylor, Forde, Brathwaite, Cumberbatch, Robinson, Jordan, Arthur and Taitt Families.
The Funeral of the late Lynda Eudora Brathwaite leaves Paramount Funeral Home, Upper Hindsbury Road, St. Michael at 1:15 pm, on Thursday April 3, 2025 for St. Thomas Parish Church, near Arch Hall, St. Thomas, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:00 pm for the Service of Praise and Thanksgiving to celebrate her life followed by the Interment. The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. Flowers may be sent to Paramount Funeral Home no later than 1:00 pm on Thursday April 3, 2025.
